In a safe and nurturing environment, our Day Centre provides therapeutic recreation, cognitive stimulation, and meaningful social engagement to keep participants connected, active, and supported.

Adult Health Services

Our facility nurses provides comprehensive health monitoring, medication reminders, & nutritious meals to promote stability, reduce hospitalizations, & enhancing quality of life.

Meals, Support & Social Services

We bridge the gap between participants and the community resources- such as daily hot meals & snacks in order to foster independence, reduce caregiver burden- keeping families stable through improved workforce productivity & contribution to economy.

Transportation

Assistance to help participant in transportation is underway as we seek funding for this as additional option to prevent social isolation and access to services.
